filter profile does not consider usernames

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. filter :verified: on profile context
2. visit the federated timeline (advanced view)
3. people with that in their name still appear

Expected behaviour

i shouldn't see them

i do be seeing them

Detailed description

it does not take a great stretch of the imagination that people could have far worse things in their display names that would be worth filtering

profile context is specifically when viewing profiles' posts, not for profile metadata, although i understand the confusion. in any case, #6078 and #18955 are related
