Sticky header for post moderation list

The header for the list in the posts/hashtags/links moderation interface should be sticky.

Motivation

When moderating, I always have to tick the checkboxes and then scroll all the way back up to apply the changes. Making the header sticky would be an easy improvement for the moderation experience.
