More Popup menu runs away
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Navigate to Federated Panel
- Choose a Toot
- Click on the More and attempt to read or navigate with mouse
- More menu runs away upwards and sometimes flashes in at different y values below, but is never fully readable or clickable.

Expected behaviour
Menu should pop up relative to click location and stay put
Actual behaviour
Menu flew into multiple places vertically
Detailed description
Somehow the vertical location of the More Popup is recalculated multiple times after clicking on it and makes it impossible to read or use.

Chrome OS Google Eve with Google Chrome | 105.0.5195.134 (Official Build) (64-bit)
I observed the bug using the Mastodon instance at mastodon.social
I can't recreate this on 3.5.3, so presumably it got introduced in 4.0.0rc. Does it reliably reproduce in different browsers?
I came here to report the same bug. I'm on Firefox/MacOS (desktop).
The behaviour does not repeat on mobile Firefox/Android.
It looks a bit like #14266, but I can't see any sign of the scroll position changing, so I am unsure this is the same issue.
