Ability for users to hide posts with more than n hashtags

Let users configure whether they want to hide posts with mor then n hashtags. This could be a fixed system value (e.g. limit of 10 hashtags) or a usee specific value.

Motivation

Image-Posts start to get tons of hashtags describing the image. Often they are written each in a separate line. This is very annoying, especially when using the smartphone.
