Consider tagging releases and adding release notes

Currently, all of the TestFlight builds are tagged with build-xxx, but App Store releases aren’t identified in any way. It would be great to get those tagged so folks can review the code changes between releases. And if the project used GitHub releases, it would be possible to subscribe to the releases feed to be notified of changes separately from the App Store if people want that.
