[Suggestion] Configurable Toot Actions

Background

One of the things I find really useful in Mastodon is the separation between "Favorite" and "Bookmark". Unfortunately Bookmark is an overflow action for toots, and some things which I use less often are primary actions (e.g. reply and share).

Suggestion

Allow the user to configure which actions should be primary actions, and which should be in the overflow menu. This would enable users to configure the primary actions to be the things they use most often without losing access to the other actions (which would end up in the overflow menu)
