[BUG] Clicking handle links in profile bios opens in browser instead of directly in Mastodon

Current Behavior

Clicking on a handle in a profile opens the webpage to said handle in a browser tab/session.

Expected Behavior

Clicking handles within the application should always remain in-app and open the profile that way.

Steps To Reproduce

Find a Mastodon profile with handles in their bio, such as https://writing.exchange/@write_as

click on any of the handle links in their bio.

Environment

- Device: iPhone 13 MINI
- OS: iOS 15.4.1
- Version: 1.4.0
- Build: 121
