Posts should be unlisted by default

Since this app doesn't support viewing the local and federated timelines (#221), it doesn't make sense for posts from the app to be visible on these timelines since users won't even know they exist.

I'd argue to make this configurable, like Toot does.

Toot also provides a different scope for replies. The default is Global for all posts, and Unlisted for replies.
