Cannot connect nor to twitter neither to mastodon

When using the app on https://mastodon-bridge.herokuapp.com/ , I can create a token to access twitter and mastodon, but when redirected to mastodon bridge, I always get the error

We're sorry, but something went wrong.

If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.

I have the same. It started happening when I disconnected my twitter account and tried to reconnect it. Now I can't connect it back.
