Maximum length for displaying posts

Some instances allow very, very long toots. The app displays them in full in the timeline and it takes forever to scroll a single message.

My instance has a limit of 500 characters, I would expect that when displaying toots, it enforces this limit by hiding the rest behind a "show more" button.

There is an issue about height of posts that are behind a content warning #166, this one is for all posts.
