Notifications view should not refresh and jump/scroll to the top/latest toot after returning back to it

I am using Mastodon for Android v2.1.6 (72)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure you have a lot of unread notifications
2. Switch to All Notifications view
3. Read the notifications and scroll down the list of toots
4. Click on one toot to see the details and replies, or switch to another app
5. Return to the list of All Notifications, or back from another app to Mastodon

Expected result: The list view should stay at the same scroll position, showing the same toot you left it with and should not scroll to the top

Actual result: The list refresh icons starts spinning at the top and the list view jumps to the top to the latest new notification toot.
