Option to enable absolute timestamp

It would be great if we had an option to display the time of a post as absolute (for example Feb 14, 2023, 08:36) instead of relative (6 hours ago).

It would not fit because there also needs to be room for potentially long @username@domain. You can see a precise absolute timestamp when you open a post.

I would also appreciate the option to see an absolute timestamp - obviously in a universal format like ISO8601 / RFC3339 rather than a weird regional variant that uses an abbreviation of the month, then puts day-of-month, then puts year.

I am perhaps misunderstanding the 'there is no room' argument against the option - it looks like lots of room to fit in a yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm string in place of an ambiguous rounded down number/letter pairing.
