Feature: Ask user to read article before boosting

When boosting a post that contains a link to an article, Mastodon could prompt the user to actually read the article before boosting it (at least for the first few boosts, possibly with a “Don't ask again” button).

The incentive is to prevent users from confusing satire with actual news, relying on clickbait titles that aren't 100% true or sharing outdated content as if it was new.
