Feature: Display reason for list being empty

Sometimes, when viewing a profile's follow list, the app says “This list is empty” – which may be confusing for new users. That's why the app should say something like:

This list is empy.

(Possibly, the follow stats have been set to private or they're not visible to your home server.)
