Can't accept/deny follow requests

It shows the notification without any way to accept or deny this

Sorry, it's surely my fault, but really there isn't a way to accept/deny a follow request right now? I can enable this feature in settings but can't use it? I'm asking, because it is misleading for a novice user like me and make me confused. Thank you.
