Confusion between Slovak and Slovene in servers list

On https://joinmastodon.org/servers when you select Slovak (sk) from the Language filter ("Slovenčina" is Slovak for "Slovak") you get a listing which is actually in Slovene (sl).

I have already written an email and a mastodon post about this, but no reply. I'm running toot.si, so I really don't know how to help to change this.

I can confirm this happens also in the official Mastodon app – notice “SK” instead of “SL” for the language. For easier reference, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166 for the list of all language codes.
