Embedded Youtube video on the homepage

https://docs.joinmastodon.org/ is directly loading https://www.youtube.com/embed/IPSbNdBmWKE (so not even via www.youtube-nocookie.com).

This effectively allows Youtube to know when someone visits the homepage of docs.joinmastodon.org, I think this is a privacy disaster and doesn't respects GDPR.

A good solution which I think should be picked is similar to how many websites are doing it: Show a poster/placeholder of the video that the user can click on to either get youtube opened in a tab (noscript) or maybe replaced by an iframe (javascript).
