Tags are not shown in Edit Window of Data Table

Bug Description

When opening Edit > Tags in the Data table one would expect to see the available tag sets / tags in the project, but it is empty.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a Mastodon project
  2. Open BDV View
  3. Menu > Edit > Tags
