Reinstate support for remote and local Zarr and N5 image format in Mastodon

With the recent update in mobie-io and pom-sciajava 37.0.0, Mastodon lost its ability to open remote images stored on a S3 storage, using Zarr file format. Let's put it back and extend it.

  • [ ] Support for creating new Mastodon projects based on a local Zarr images.

  • [ ] Support for creating new Mastodon projects based on a remote Zarr images without login / password.
  • [ ] Support for creating new Mastodon projects based on a remote N5 images without login / password.

  • [ ] Support for creating new Mastodon projects based on a remote N5 images with login / password.
