Adding power support ppc64le with Continues Integration/testing so that code remains architecture independent.

This is part of the Ubuntu distribution for ppc64le. This helps us simplify testing later when distributions are re-building and re-releasing. For more info tag @gerrith3.

The build is successful on both arch: amd64/ppc64le, please find the Travis Link below. https://travis-ci.com/github/santosh653/winrm

@santosh653 the CI is already setup for building the ppc64le architecture (This was introduced in this commit: https://github.com/masterzen/winrm/commit/e58a313440b7623a5f53a478b773ef4243c76c81 a month ago).

Wasn't that enough for your needs ?

@santosh653 looks like your patch only added a blank line and arch: ppc64le was already there??
