Add support for Spanish

It would be useful to have support for Spanish.

Currently we are using numero-palabra for this, but it would be good to have support as part of this package.

I am not aware of Spanish numerical system.

@mastermunj I haven't had much time to look at this, due to changing priorities. I can close this ticket and re-open when I am in a better position to re-evaluate or leave this open in case some one want to contribute the necessary changes?
