RE 2 64 port Freezes at startup.

Resident Evil 2 for n64 has a problem when I tried to launch it where it will boot up but then freeze and crash immediately afterwards.

To reproduce this is really simple you need the rom loaded up on your 3ds. You then need to launch the rom on the emulator.

The expected behavior of this is that it will boot up. ( this is indicated by seeing the frame rate counter on the bottom screen) but it will crash and freeze immediately afterwards.

Device: New Nintendo 2DS XL

Please ensure dspfirm.cdc is present in the 3ds folder on your SD card. If it is not present, please use Zoogie's dumper.

Note that if dspfirm.cdc is present this game is most likely not functional at this point.
