Bug: Games will not actually save unless you do save states.

In game saving works for me. I've tested Paper Mario, Super Mario 64 and Banjo-Kazooie. Also you should specify that this is about saving in your issue title instead of just calling it [BUG], which itself is rather redundant seeing you're making a report for an issue.

This is more of a feature that has not been implemented yet than a bug.
