How to swap circle pad and c stick?

I want the c stick to act like the n64 analog stick and the circle pad to act like the n64 c buttons. I've tried looking in the control .ini files but I have no clue what I'm doing.

unless you are using the circle pad pro or your normal circle pad is broken you are crazy

It's for goldeneye so I can move with left and aim with right, but have analog aiming.
