Did you install the files in 3ds.zip into the 3ds folder?

And put a ROM in the ROM folder?

I'm not OP, but currently having the Static Crash issue. I followed the instructions exactly, Rom folder has .z64 .v64 and .n64 file types in there so at it shouldn't have any issues there
