@nikitaevg and @chris7716 , implemented the new approach as discussed with Sean and Hasitha. In which we fetch stats from a selected last date to today. PTAL.

Quick update: we have decided to write a beam job to reject invalid translation suggestions in the datastore. Have wrote the beam job and will open the PR shortly. Thanks
