[Feature request] set default process priority to low/idle

Can you set the default process priority to low/idle as the encoding does cause other apps to hang/run slowly. I have tried to set the priority to low via task manager but it resets to normal priority for each chunks, so it's quite impractical. Another option, maybe you can add --idle switch to make it run on lower priority? Thanks
