I just uploaded a [new apk](https://github.com/massivemadness/Squircle-CE/releases/tag/2025.1.0) with a preference button in `Settings > Files` so you can manually grant permissions in case something goes wrong

You can clone a repository in the file explorer, just select the folder and you’ll see this option at the bottom
