Problems with author's countries?
Hello Massimo:
I really appreciate this great tool!
Following the example you provided, the AU_CO and AU1_CO produced by pmApi2df(D) function are NA. I inspect the source code and found that you are design it purposely. I don't know if it was not complete yet, but it is country information important for the subsequant bibliometric analysis, in my eyes.
Could you take a look at it? Thanks
Xiaoguang

Sorry, and please take a look at the script
library(pubmedR)
library(dplyr)
query <- "bibliometric*[Title/Abstract] AND english[LA] AND Journal Article[PT] AND 2019:2020[DP]"
api_key <- NULL
D <- pmApiRequest(query = query, limit = 100, api_key = api_key)
M <- pmApi2df(D)
M[c('AU_CO','AU1_CO')] %>% head
AU_CO AU1_CO
1 NA NA
2 NA NA
3 NA NA
4 NA NA
5 NA NA
6 NA NA
I hope that the author country information could be acquired, so that I could replicate the attractive examples provided in the bibliometrix manual. Thanks!
