not sure where my error is

i am using biblioshiny to tally up the MCP and SCP values of the different countries. when I upload my document, everything is perfect except Israel shows up as its own country, which it is not one of the publishing countries. Actually, one of the institutions for one of the papers is Beth Israel. however, whenever I try to fix the csv file I get an error message "arguments imply differing number of rows: 19, 20"

so if you upload the linked sheet, basically USA has a total of 34 articles not 33, but because Israel is showing up as its own country, USA is showing up as 33.

I have tried everything to try and fix the CSV file and have meticulously gone through the document to make sure my commas are in correct place. I have been at this for days. can someone please help me? im new to R and biblioshiny:
