prettyNum invalid value 0

Hello!

I'm trying to use biblioshiny. I've got R 4.2.0, bibliometrix 3.0.3. When I run biblioshiny and load a .bib database from Scopus, I get the following error on the browser:

invalid value 0 for 'digits' argument Within R Console, the log is:

I've searched around, and it seems like this is a feature of recent R versions, but I couldn't find how to run biblioshiny around this issue.
