Add support for `cover_compiled` modules

Hi, I faced a problem while tracing inside the tests that Redbug fails when code:which returns cover_compiled. I added a piece of code to handle this case and get the original beam.

I just found this PR, which by now is 4 years old(?) Apologies for not being on top of things!

Alas, although it fixes a problem that still exists, I can no longer get it to apply on redbug 2.10.

Unless you want to rebase it, I'm afraid I'll have to steal some of your code and patch it in by hand.
