Investigate higher than expected RAM usage

On some nodes, the RAM usage seems to be a bit higher than expected (growing pretty slowly, no apparent leaks, it may just be internal structures growing with usage). We should probably run heaptrack (see this issue: https://github.com/massalabs/massa/issues/4129) to have an accurate map of our RAM usage.
