Provide more context when a `gen_invariant!` created type fails deserialization

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The current context to a failure when the bounds are broken is "Failed u32 deserialization". Something like "Deserialized u32 out side of bounds [x, y)"

Happy to assign this to myself, but I'll leave it unassigned if anyone else wants to jump on it.
