obfuscate error log, too

this is a feature request: The format of the error log cannot easily be configured. Is it possible to obfuscate ip addresses in the error log within the scope of a / this module?

I'm sure there is a way, but I don't see an easy way to do this. I'll leave this open in case someone wants to tackle it. The best way may be to refactor nginx itself.

For now, I made a note in the README that the error log may leak IP addresses. Thanks for raising this issue!
