Devices visible in JACK?

This is just a question, and may be bit off topic. This app works fine for me in pulseaudio, I see the chromecast and dlna decives in my network and I can play trough them. But it would make me really happy if I could send audio to them trough JACK. If someone here has a way to get virtual audio working in JACK, then please share your secrets and/or advises :=)

You'll probably just have to redirect it I'd think, depending on your setup. Like try playing something through JACK, then open pavucontrol (install it if it is not) and see if it is listed in the playing, if it is then just use the drop-down to redirect it to the DLNA device. :-)

This did not work for me. Changing the output device in pavucontrol fails with error if jack is running, and the device is switched back to Jack sink.

Hello! Is there a solution? I have pulseaudio-dlna on my Kubuntu laptop with default sound setup and it works fantastically! On my desktop I have Jack but cannot get an option for pulseaudio-dlna in audio settings. I have turned Jack off and restarted pulseaudio-dlna and toggled things but cannot get an option. Thanks.

UPDATE: It appears the absence of minidlna was the problem - or toggling Gufw? Now working! : ) Sorry for the disturbance. Thanks!
