pip -r requirements.txt fails

I get an compilation error when pip install -r requirements.txt for packages lxml and PyInquirer.

my history:

 1553  pip install -r requirements.txt
 1554  pip install m2crypto
 1555  pip install swig
 1556  pip install m2crypto
 1557  sudo apt-get install libssl-dev swig python3-dev gcc

probably it will work if somehow shorter.

Cannot reproduce the problem anymore. I guess I didn't use a virtual environment and it conflicted with my systems packages. Working instructions:

git clone [email protected]:masked-potatoes/PotatoNV-crossplatform.git
cd PotatoNV-crossplatform/
python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
