If you look into the source code you'll see that this project looks far from being even installable in Eclipse ... Have a look at the commits: https://github.com/masecla22/eclipse-github-copilot-integration/commits/master

They are from 3 days in January -- that will not do it to provide such a complex functionality ...

Unfortunately I ran out of time for this project, and I don't have enough knowledge at the moment. I might come back to this, however, the entire functionality is "technically" implemented. IntelliJ and Eclipse are quite similar, and I'm somewhat confident that for each IntelliJ method there is an Eclipse counter part. Which is why, technically, simply swapping all components out would result in a functional plugin.

As for how hard that is to do, I cannot say.
