Handle Ctrl+C correctly during session

Hello, thank you for the nice tool.

It would be nice that once a session to a container is established, the Ctrl+C binding is handled correctly, because currently it will send SIGINT to the ecsplorer process, rather than the remote one.

I think it’s a great idea. I’ll investigate the feasibility when I have some time.
