Copy the nice status colors from the RedwoodJS roadmap

The one here; I like the color scheme, and it feels like it gives a nice overview of the progress. Let's use it ourselves.

It doesn't seem possible to do colored text directly in GitHub's Markdown, but we can embed small SVG icons for the same effect.

Added them to the labels, but it would be nice to maybe have a short roadmap also in the README.md before closing this.
