Management of ReverseNX patches

Hello there,

Would you consider adding a toggle to hide all titles that are set to "System", something similar to what sys-clk does but for ReverseNX, so "Show applications with no patches set".

Here is what sys-clk manager does as an example:

This would be really useful to view and manage ReverseNX patches for those who have a lot of games and set a lot of different titles with docked or handheld patches.
