`outdated`/`info`: display release notes

Not sure if this is possible, but it would be nice to see update notes when listing apps under the "outdated" command so I'm not just blind updating my apps.

Thanks! I saw that request, and happened to comment on it just now. I believe the "releaseNotes" in the JSON response is what will be useful for this request. I'd be happy to implement it once that PR is merged so we aren't doing double work on a similar formatting class.
