Select version to install instead of latest

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when I'm upgrading to latest version when I know that the 2nd most recent version is rock solid and will give me no headaches.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to pin a version of a package; as I know 14.4 may have issues with the software I'm running

mas install <<macos sonoma ID>> 14.3

Describe alternatives you've considered Making autoupdates on a daily basis with snapshots on the filesystem level so that I can go back to a version that does not have issues with my applications.

Additional context Being able to pick and choose version number of the mas install <<appid>> would do wonders.

Right now I'm at macOS 14.1, if I am to upgrade I will receive 14.4.1, however I would like to install 14.3 newest

I also need to be able to pin a currently installed version, same way brew allows me to. mas upgrade keeps trying to reinstall an incompatible version, so this issue relates to #80 as well

Pinning was requested in #386. Please subscribe to that for pinning.

Changed this issue to be about selecting the version to install instead of always installing the latest. The Mac App Store might not permit selecting versions. We'll look into that in the future.
