Compiling with mingw

Hi, Im trying to compile this project with mingw from windows to linux, i use Gcc 9.2.0. Anyone had success with it? Solution builds fine, but i need to compile it to static lib from mingw32-make. Thank you

mingw only builds executables for windows.
