HS2 fails to build with Build Tools 2022

Just tried to install it on a new machine. Build Tools 2017 now needs some stupid Microsoft subscription, so tried it with 2022 version. Doesnt work. [error_log.txt](https://github.com/mhhennig/HS2/files/13905903/error_log.txt)
