This seems like mixing very old cockpit-pcp with new cockpit metrics page. Not much actionable items here. Please install newer version and if the issues persist please reopen.
@allisonkarlitskaya @martinpitt This is something which would be superb if we could fix in python bridge. And we can easily test it as well on the accounts page.

The first sentance of the doc you links says `Cockpit can be configured via /etc/cockpit/cockpit.conf.`. Why do you try adding it into `/etc/systemd/system/cockpit.socket.d/cockpit.conf` and not in `/etc/cockpit/cockpit.conf`?
