Suggestion: Add blacklist for Tool Switch

I would like to see a a blacklist added for tool switching so that you can blacklist specific blocks. Example, Torches. It is impossible to punch a torch when placed on grass / dirt without Tweekeroo switching to a shovel and digging a block of dirt. If there were a blacklist, one could config it to ignore switching when breaking torches.

It happens because you immediately punch the dirt/grass after punching the torch. I think a "cooldown after certain block break" tweak would be well appreciated.
