[Suggestion] Improve custom fly speed controls

In order to switch between the 4 fly speeds, we have to dedicate 4 keybinds to each fly speed. That's a lot of keybinds.

Instead, make it so that we only have to dedicate one keybind to custom fly speed. Holding this keybind would let you scroll through the different fly speeds.
