despawn sphere is completely opaque

I cant see through the despawn sphere, which is very annoying because I am trying to spawn proof my farm 2020-07-14_22 02 30

This is a bug in the current color editor menu in malilib. You need to manually fix the alpha value after closing the color editor. Basically change the first two letters after #, which are currently likely set to FF, to 30 or 60 or something like that, depending on how transparent you want it to be.
