[Request] formatting for all info lines

It'd be useful (and probably solve a lot of feature/config requests) if we had a config tab dedicated to formatting all info lines instead of just the few we have in the General tab.

I believe this would solve the following (currently) open issues:

• #143
• #106
• #89 (I think you can calculate moon phase from total world ticks)
• #88 + #70 (sort of, if all variables are available to every info line)
• #68 (maybe)
• #9

It would also just allow much greater customization of the look and level of detail of minihud's info lines.

Like I've mentioned in some of those older issues, fully customizable (string substitution based) info lines are coming. However they probably won't allow doing any custom arithmetic, as that adds another layer of complexity and also execution time cost to producing the final string from the original config string.
